Hi, I’m Kim.

I’m a certified fitness + nutrition coach helping busy women fall in love with taking care of themselves to energize their lives and slay their goals.

It’s our birthright to enjoy the skin we’re in. Taking care of ourselves is the most underrated but absolute best way to get what we want out of life—at home, at work, in our relationships, and more.

I didn’t always think this way. I spent many precious years surviving on cigarettes and sugar binges, terrified of eating. Once I realized I’d rather feel strong and confident in my skin than “look skinny,” the game changed entirely.

So if you’re feeling stuck, unmotivated, and unhappy in your skin, know that I’ve been there! I also know what’s possible with a simple plan, consistency, and a desire to get more out of life, not less.

I help you build an effective strength training plan tailored to your goals that suits your lifestyle and sets you up for success. I’ll lay it out in simple and clear terms and provide compassionate accountability along the way. I will not make you a meal plan, but I will help you understand exactly what your body requires to reach your goals and feel your best—all without restrictions or extremes. Full disclosure, you may also fall in love with protein. 😉
