+ How long have you been working in the fitness industry?

  • I have been working in the fitness industry for over 11 years. What started out as a personal journey to improve my self-care, fitness, and relationship to food and health, led to the desire to help others on the same path. After several years developing my coaching skills in commercial gym settings, I eventually launched my own dream business--coaching women to step into a new level of self care and confidence through health and fitness programming. I wake up doing what I love each and every day--helping you life your life to the fullest.

1:1 COACHING

+ How many sessions does 1:1 coaching include per week?

The number of sessions included in your weekly programming is dependent on your unique goals, current fitness level, and desired level of commitment to weekly training. Thus, training sessions can vary anywhere between 3-6 workouts per week depending on these factors.

+ What equipment do I need?

Whether you have access to a fully-equipped gym or just your own bodyweight, we can create an effective program for you! That said, I recommend use of a mat and a set or two of dumbbells to start.

+ Do I need a gym membership to do coaching?

I program for both clients who prefer to work out at the gym and those who prefer training at home. The choice is absolutely yours.

Yes, you can! I program for both clients who prefer to work out at home or at the gym. The choice is absolutely yours.

BOOTY BUILDING WORKSHOP

+ Who is the booty building program for?

This program is for anyone looking to strengthen and/or grow their glutes, no matter their current fitness level. Whether your goal is aesthetics, performance, strength, or correcting muscle imbalances and helping to prevent injury, this program has something for you. I truly believe that every human benefits from stronger glutes!

+ What does the program include?

The booty building program is a virtual program that combines the art and science of glute growth to give you a full understanding of how to strengthen and grow your booty, no matter your starting point. The program includes 5 modules, covering everything from nutrition to programming, 15 videos with descriptive cues, and a 8-week training program that you can do from home or the gym. You also have access to messaging me directly with any questions or concerns that arise and an optional additional Zoom call to assess form and progress with the program.

+ Can I do the program from home, or do I need a gym membership?

There are options for both training from home and from the gym. As you progress, using a fully-equipped gym will be your best option to see results.

+ What equipment do I need for this program?

Recommended equipment includes an exercise mat, a set of dumbbells, and a loop resistance band. Kettlebells and barbells are also great, but we can work with what you have to start!

+ How do I access the material?

Once you have paid, you will be invited to the True Coach App, where you will access your virutal workout program. You will also recieve the Booty Building PDF download through email.
