I work with women of all ages, stages, and fitness levels who are ready to make lifestyle changes to improve their health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. 

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain muscle, feel more confident in your skin, decrease stress, nurture a better relationship with food and your body—or all of the above—my coaching meets you where you are at and embraces health as a holistic and interconnected system of wellness.

  • Initial consultation and assessment to determine your starting fitness level, goals, and lifestyle factors

  • Customized daily calories and macros, based on your unique body composition and goals

  • Up to 6 customized weekly workouts that you can do from home or the gym, accompanied by video demonstrations and cues

+ How many sessions does 1:1 coaching include per week?

The number of sessions included in your weekly programming is dependent on your unique goals, current fitness level, and desired level of commitment to weekly training. Thus, training sessions can vary anywhere between 3-6 workouts per week depending on these factors.

+ What equipment do I need?

Whether you have access to a fully-equipped gym or just your own bodyweight, we can create an effective program for you! That said, I recommend use of a mat and a set or two of dumbbells to start.

+ Do I need a gym membership to do coaching?

I program for both clients who prefer to work out at the gym and those who prefer training at home. The choice is absolutely yours.

This program is for anyone looking to strengthen and/or grow their glutes, no matter their current fitness level. Whether your goal is aesthetics, performance, strength, or correcting muscle imbalances, this program has something for you. I truly believe that every human benefits from stronger glutes!

The booty building program is a virtual program that combines the art and science of glute growth to give you a full understanding of how to strengthen and grow your booty, no matter your starting point. The program includes 5 modules, covering everything from nutrition to programming, 15 videos with descriptive cues, and a 8-week training program that you can do from home or the gym. You also have access to messaging me directly with any questions or concerns that arise and an optional additional Zoom call to assess form and progress with the program.

+ Can I do the program from home, or do I need a gym membership?

There are options for both training from home and from the gym. As you progress, using a fully-equipped gym will be your best option to see results.

Recommended equipment includes an exercise mat, a set of dumbbells, and a loop resistance band. Kettlebells and barbells are also great, but we can work with what you have to start!
